    Did they once call it Grover City? Or do I misremember? The entire shore where you are is so beautiful. How peaceful. xo

    Marylinn - You remember correctly - it was Grover City until 1992 when by vote of the citizens it was changed to Grover Beach. I love that our coastline here on the Central Coast has so many different guises - cliffs, mountains, flat areas, dunes, pines - it's a wonderland for those of us who love the ocean.
