It was fun to add postcards, brochures,
street detritus and business cards.

My travel journal kit of glue stick, paper tape, scissors (blunt-nosed for the plane),
Staz-On ink pad and a few rubber stamps proved yet again, that, at times, you can to more with less.

It was great having the manila envelope page
to hold maps and things.

I will definitely be getting more of these
Karen Katz board books to use for short journals.
I randomly came across your blog and the first thing that jumps out at me is the Collage class list! HAHA! I live just down the street from one of their shops! (The Alberta street one :) I hope you had a great time in Portland. I love love love your journal!
ReplyDeleteKelly, We loved Collage - the one on Alberta! In fact, we loved Portland. We were there in late March, had a blast visiting several of the fun, funky stores along Alberta, had some delicious salted carmel apple pie at Random Order, yum yum.
