Happy Anniversary!
Seven years ago today Margot and I had our first wedding ( the legal one was three years ago this June). It has been exciting, joyful, fun, amazing, peaceful, surprising, contented, full of love and seven of the happiest years of my life. And when the federal government finally catches up to reality, we'll be able to have a third wedding!

I hear ya, sister!
ReplyDeleteHappy Happy Anniversary to you both! You are a fabulous couple and you deserve every ounce of happiness.
And, here's to future social security benefits rights!
I just commented on an earlier post but I couldn't pass up a congratulations on this one. :) And hopefully I will be able to come back and say congratulations a third time soon.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Erin, and I hope you and Margot will be wonderfully happy for many years to come!
ReplyDeleteI really love the marriage to divorce ratio, Erin. It makes your life look exotic and exciting on paper! :)
ReplyDeleteBelated, so belated, wishes for the Happiest Anniversary, Dear Erin and Margot. Seeing you are (I trust, still) in San Francisco, I can imagine no more life-affirming city with its air, history, culture and beauty in which to celebrate. Sorry to have been absent for so long. Always thinking of you, with love. Marylinn
ReplyDeleteThanks to all of you for your congrats and best wishes! We had a great time in San Francisco - you are right, Marylinn, it is a most affirming city in which to celebrate a lesbian anniversary. A friend told us the first 7 years are the hardest - so if this has been the hardest, the rest will be absolutely delirious!
