There are abundant myths of hauntings and ghosts here.
The glass case around this statue is (purportedly) to keep it contained. There have been several reports over the years of the sculpture walking through the graveyard at midnight.
And I wouldn't want to meet this one after dark!
WOW.. amazing art. And just like you said before I would have been so scared when I was little but now I am thinking "that is so cool". Great pictures!
