A Musical Standoff 6 x 6"Last evening Arts Obispo hosted a gala at their downtown gallery - the official opening/happening for the 2011 Open Studios Tour. Participating artists in Open Studios had pieces on display - in every medium imaginable - but all only 6 x 6". That's mine above. Delicious food and wine were served, and a video stream of artists' works played across one wall. The 6 x 6 show will be on exhibit until the last week in October and the Open Studios Tour runs the 9-10 for North County, 16-17 for South County and encore weekend 23-24.
